Broker, Helen Pederslie of Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty, has left her mark on 2015. With a fivefold increase in business, she has risen to the top 10% in our industry! Fascinated by her quick progress, we sat down with Helen to discuss her key to success.
“Hard word, diligence, and always putting my clients’ needs first are at the top of my priorities list”, she responds when asked which assets contributed to her remarkable success this year. “My promise to my clients is ‘Expect Excellence, Experience the Extraordinary’.” Her concierge-level service is not the only conducive factor for her breakout year; Helen is one of Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty’s broker who is multi-lingual! She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Cantonese. She also utilizes her Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science to better relate to those within our every-growing technology industry, referring to herself as the “techie real estate broker”.

Aside from her passion in the brand, Helen’s love for real estate results in delighting her clients. “Clients put a great deal os trust in letting me handle the transaction for one of their most valuable assets – both financially and emotionally – and I take pride in helping them achieve their goals!”
Looking forward to 2016, Helen is optimistic and has a solid game plan in the works. “It’s going to be a BUSY year! My goal? To be the TOP Brazen Sotheby’s International Realty broker while having FUN doing what I LOVE – selling luxury real estate.”
